It's a repeat known troll. If they can't be banned by IP or any other way, I'll ice them every time they pop up. 

Tiki will ice someone and then delete their comments so users can't see what they said that made them get iced.
Maybe they need to take that away from the MODS.

You are right. If comments are deleted there is no proof that something was inappropriate or not.

Maybe not. I just noticed it yesterday I think. When I iced the idiot, I DID get the question about icing it and removing its recent comments, but then the comments weren't removed. Maybe Dingleberry was in the process of tweaking it at the time.

I'm not going to use the ignore thing on the trolls, or I won't know when they pop up to ice them.

I agree. I actually thought about going through all the trolls I can think of and icing them, then re-icing them as soon as they get out. However, that would require more effort and time than it's worth, and would probably spark a whole new crop of them.

I think Tiki is doing a perfectly fine job. There is a huge troll problem on LU. If you've posted crap as a troll then if should be deleted and you should be iced. There SHOULD be a way to block IPs or atleast track them.

That is not at all true. There have been a ton of newbies lately and none of them have acted like trolls so they haven't been iced.
